Someartyness’ Terms and Conditions
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
- 1.0 I have the right to refuse a commission from anyone for any reason.
- 2.0 If the commissioner is being rude and/or aggressive towards me, I have the right to stop the commission process and cancel/refund the commissioner at any time. This can and will be done at my discretion.
- 2.1 In cases where I choose to cancel and refund the commission due to commissioner behaviour stated above, a partial refund will be due based on the stage of completion the commission is at at that point.
- 3.0 Image references provided must be of good quality. Optionally, written information (if given) pertaining to the character (notes on markings etc) must be clearly written and concise.
- 4.0 The commissioner is entitled to one (1) revision per stage of commission. The stages are: sketch, lineart, colour, finishing touches. For any revisions beyond this limit, an additional charge will be applied.
- 5.0 Full payment must be made before I begin on your commission. This can be made to my PayPal.
- 5.1 If you file a chargeback against me, you will be blacklisted. Your rights to any artwork I have ever made for you will be retracted. I addition, I will have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to commission me ever again. Your name will be publicly posted anywhere and everywhere for others to watch out for.
- 6.0 I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
