Gonna use in-game timer for everything.
4:58 You can either go back right after kickoff and get boost or stick with the ball. Sticking with the ball is fine but you kind of just pass the ball to the opponents instead of controlling. If you just wait a little bit you can get a 50 with the opponent which will lead to a worse possession for them.
4:50 Unfortunate kickoff. In general it's better to force the kickoff to one of the sides if you're not confident in your teammate's cheat.
4:28 Nice play after the miss but you shouldn't really be missing that. Going for the ball in the corner is fine but you have to hit it. Since you're low it might have been better to just block the shot instead of trying to hit the ball.
4:06 You should either wait on the backboard for opponent to hit it into you or beat them to the ball. You kind of cheat up for no reason when you don't hit the ball and are now awkward. You should also just go back after the ball gets above you since you can't really do anything else from that position.
3:57 Again, you kinda cheat up too much before realizing how the ball is going to bounce. If you just stop for a second you would have been able to easily hit it into your teammate instead of passing it to the opponents into a position they probably should have scored from.
3:48 You either have to jump way earlier or not go for the corner boost there and just chill on backboard. If you were on backboard you would have easily been able to block their play but the ball's just over you and you can't really do anything. The only position it would have been fine to force there would be if your teammate was back but since he wasn't it just goes in your net.
3:37 Kind of more advanced but you shouldn't boost down there before the 50. That makes it more likely that the opponent is able to easily force it above you into your half for an easy attack. You can try forcing it straight down if your teammate's there or you can force it to the side. Since the ball goes above you your teammate gets left in an awkward 2v1 and blue team scores.
3:26 Good kickoff but you realize your teammate's low on boost and probably won't be able to make a good pass. It's way safer to just turn back and try to make a save. I don't know why teammate jumped off with zero boost but it is what it is.
3:15 Don't turn in. You can see your teammate has full boost and a relatively easy clear with both of blue team committed so you should go up field, collect pads, and hopefully have a free open net but instead you just get bumped and aren't able to do anything before blue team gets back.
3:07 Don't go for mid boost. Think about the field from a bird's eye view and look at what parts of the field are covered by you and your teammate. He's already on the left side and by putting yourself right there with him you leave the other side completely open for blue team. It would be better to just collect pads and stay in mid field closer to the play.
2:52 I understand why you want but that's a pretty risky go considering your teammate's already committed. Instead of going up instantly and hoping you get a good 50 you can just wait for the opponent to try something and challenge while they're awkward.
2:47 Good turn but try to keep the ball closer to you. You can try pinching it softly up the wall and following it from there.
2:39 You should never turn there you can already see your teammate has just grabbed a full boost and is going to have an easy read. Instead you awkwardly turn and cause a double commit.
2:07 Again, a really poor challenge. You can kinda tell the ball's been accelerated too much before you even jump and you're not going to be able to make it. But you full commit and now you have no boost and you're out of the play.
1:43 Honestly just go for corner once you're already beat (unless you're certain you can get a good touch but it was pretty clear you were beat there)
1:35 Don't hit it up as that just takes the ball farther from you and closer to your blue team. I know you want a quick counter but it's not going to come from that pop since your teammate isn't able to quickly follow. Instead follow the ball to the left side of the field and try to get a good dribble going or anything else.
1:09 Teammate should probably have scored that was a decent play. However, since you know you're very unlikely to score an air dribble from there with two defendors back, you could have tried just shooting far post instantly or passing the ball to your teammate before you were fully committed. That way you can test their defense without committing all your boost in the play.
1:03 You kinda cheat too far considering your teammate's boost amount and capabilities. If you're a little bit farther back (like at the mid boost) then you have an easy possession once your teammate's challenged and the ball goes towards you.
0:59 Don't try to hit it mid when you know your teammate's not going to be there. If you just take the ball back you can have full corner boost and the ball and restart an attack instead of losing possession. Even though your teammate got a good demo you still couldn't regain possession after that.
0:37 Good decision to challenge but you shouldn't let blue team hit it over you. You can tell that's the only way they can hit the ball to outplay you so you should already be jumping before you get to the ball for a challenge.
0:32 Don't go for a shot, opponent is already back. You have decent mechanics and if you just wait for a bounce you can get a good air dribble started which is much harder to save.
Overall I think you have good mechanics and relatively good decision making. You just fall into the habit of pressing forward instead of realizing the place you are is already a good spot to be in and you can just chill there for a bit. You also struggle somewhat with challenging and I'd recommend playing some 3s to learn how to challenge the ball in a team environment.
